Privacy Policy
Last updated September 10, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains what information fri9am ("fri9am," "we," "us") collects when you sign up for the weekly call, and how we use, share, and protect it.
1. Information we collect
When you sign up for a call, we collect and store:
- Name — so Sam can address you and personalize the call.
- Phone number — so we can place the call and identify your account.
- Call transcripts — a text record of each call, used so Sam can recall what you discussed and follow up the following week.
- Preferences — such as timezone, language, and preferred call time, and the topic or goal you asked Sam to help with.
2. How we use your information
We use this information solely to operate the weekly call: to place the call, personalize it, and carry context from one week to the next. We do not sell your information, and we do not use call transcripts to train third-party models without your separate consent.
3. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the call (for example, telephony and AI processing providers), and only to the extent needed to place and run the call. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Data retention
We keep your name, phone number, and call transcripts for as long as your account is active, so Sam can recall context from past calls. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so.
5. Your choices
You can, at any time:
- Stop the weekly calls by telling Sam during a call, or by emailing us.
- Ask for a copy of your call transcripts.
- Ask us to delete your name, phone number, and transcripts.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will ask for your consent again before your next call.
7. Contact
